Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We ordered two gluten free with dairy free cheese pizzas. The pizzas have hardly any choose on them at all! At $25 each they shouldn’t be skimping. And then to add insult to injury the store refused to take our $50 bill on the $49.80 order! I get being hesitant with large bills but that was ridiculous. AND there was no warning on the app about means of payment. Verifying large bills is super easy so there’s no excuse for refusing to take legal tender. We are not likely to be going back here.

We ordered gluten free non dairy pizza (allergy’s suck) for $49.80 and they wouldn’t take a $50 bill for payment. They were downright rude about it and offered bo solutions. Like many we live on a cash basis and I’ve never run into a place that won’t actually accept payment! Top this off with the fact that both pizzas have at best a half serving of cheese on them!

This past Tuesday I stopped by Papa Murphys. They were very busy. Ordered a Double Bacon Cheddar pizza. On a scale from 1-10, it's a 10 in my book. I would love to try half of it with pineapple on it. Your scored Papa Murphys. Please make it a regular option 🙏.

We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so that I would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points are valuable to earn a free pizza. The point isn’t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me very rudely. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. We likely will not be back.

First of all, I refuse to go anywhere they don’t accept cash. Plus, the cookie dough didn’t have a seal. It appeared after I took a scoop out to have fingers that dipped into the dough on the other side. Nope, never again. Very upsetting!
